Broad experience leading talent management strategies.  Jan has created and adapted successful talent management action plans for organizations facing an array of challenges.  Prior to founding Leadership Journeys, Jan worked with national, multi-national and small to mid-size regional and local businesses, both publicly and privately held: banking, market research, IT, B2B consulting and a public utility. Through her extensive board involvement and as a highly sought HR consultant, Jan has delivered HR leadership to a host of associations and nonprofits in the arts, healthcare and social services.
